In 1817 a brewery and a juniper distillery were built on today's Berliner Straße. The new juniper distillery was built in 1907, in which the sixth generation of the sixth generation of the great-great-great-grandchildren of Peter Christoph Eversbusch produce the Eversbusch Doppelwachholder 46, which is well-known beyond Hagen's borders. And it is precisely this gin that has been an outstanding product among juniper connoisseurs for generations. Tradition has been a top priority here for generations. Not only do the brothers stick to the traditional recipe, they have also been sourcing their juniper berries from the same importer in Tuscany for over three generations.
