June Specials

June represents the start of summer, the longest day & the summer solstice. It also means that people get into holiday mood & spend more time outdoors, starting to think about their summer vacations. This month's menu encapsulates all that & much more... We have few drinks coming back: A sacrilegiously scrumptious "Sacred Goat" based off Mastiha; the driest of our Negroni variations "Dune Negroni" based of tequila blanco with some sake; the complex masterpiece of Eastern World coming back by popular demand "The Grudge" based of black sesame shochu; the decadence impersonate "Playboy"; and June staple "Midsommar"! The new arrivals are broken down into several categories: Light & Fizzy: "Jamaican Sun" based of overproof Jamaican rum with banana liqueur, lime and mineral water; "Mezcal Passion" brining together mezcal & Match & Passion Fruit kombucha. Summery Fresh & Boozzy: "Funkin' Fantastic", a 2nd czreation by Inti Otto marrying Cachaca with sour apple via Basilico liqueur; "Sunny Manhattan" a delightful riff on a classic using Pisco Malpaso Reservado with a bright vermouth bianco; "Poet's Dream", a twist on a classic from 1930's with added complexity of Old Tom Gin and some cardamom bitters. Complex: "Violet Sky" is a sort of a twist on an "Aviation", but using a very unique and funky sake of 40% ABV with Lav'a Belle lavender aperitif and just a bit of creme de violette; "Condor" based off pisco mixed with Cardusio raspberry & citrus amaro spiced up with jambu buzz button cachaca; "Balsamo" a twist on our own "Hawaiian Silk" using a unique cachaca aged in a balsamo wood for an unforgettable flavour with a bit of tingliness from jambu. All in all, another packed lineup for you guys to indulge in and escape from the World Cup 2026 madness! Cheers! All drinks developed, designed and created by Michael Korkia, with exception of the following: - "Poet's Dream" is a twist on a classic cocktail of the same name first mentioned in 1930's - "Funkin' Fantastic, a new creation of our own Inti Otto, previously known for creating "Apricurious"
Dune Negroni
