Gin and Tonic could be done with any of our gins mixed with one of our tonics:

– Aqua Monaco Gold Extra Dry
– Aqua Monaco Original

Most fruity gins are recommended with Aqua Monaco Original, starting grade gins go well with any tonic, while the premium once are recommended with Aqua Monaco Extra Dry, as it is the only one that enhances the taste of gin rather than masking it.

For most of the gins we also have a choice between slice of fresh orange or cucumber as a garnish. Some selected gins require small branch of rosemary, slice of fresh grapefruit or nothing at all.

For our Porto and tonic we suggest one of the three options from our Quinto do Vallado Porto range:

– Porto Branco (sweet, fruity and balanced)
– LBV Ruby Porto (fruity, sweet and sour)
– Porto Tawny Reserva (sweet, full bodied and intense)

Mixed with Aqua Monaco Original and a slice of fresh orange.

Vermouth and Tonic could be done with any of our vermouths mixed with Aqua Monaco Original Tonic Water. All served with ice and slice of fresh orange.
