Redrum Lapsang Smoky Tea Gin

This in has been Michael Korkia’s own creation using Greenalls London Dry Gin as a base. This gin used a loose leaf Lapsang tea from the local tea shop, Teesaloniki. The infusion and filtration has been done straight in the bar. The resulting gin does rtain key London Dry Gin qualities and slight harshness of Greenalls, but also adds the smoky and rich taste of Lapsang Tea. This combination is perfect for smoky flavour lovers out there, especially when mixed Dr. Polidory original tonic water or with extra dry Aqua Monaco tonic water for a crisp kick.

Ingredients: Topanito tequila blanco, Baerwurz aperitif, bio tomato juice, absinthe concentrate, lime juice, salt, Carolina Reaper pepper infused gin, sichuan pepper concentrate, served in a blood bag with a pickle on a side
