March Specials
March is upon us, which means spring is just around the corner, but winter is not yet done with us. After an exciting & eventful February, time to get a bit of a Spring flavours & aromas in, but still keeping some wintery ones just for now. We also have an International Absinthe Day on 5th of March, hence the whole menu is heavily influences by absinthe. So, without further ado, I present you the March menu:
The flavours here represent the early spring, lingering winter cold, the green fairy and trying to bring a bit of sunshine to y'all. We have couple of returning cocktails : “Sakura Pink”, a best seller from Dec with delicate floral notes of sakura blossoms mixed with gin and cardamom; "Singularity", a fan favourite from last May bringing strong flavours with unforgettable glittery vibes; "A White Lie", a crushed almond amaretto & vegan cream based delight with underlying complexity of absinthe; "Anti-State of Mind", a beautifully complex concoction based on Democrata mezcal and woodruff liqueur; "Antichrist Superstar", a boozy and bougie twist on Hemingway's favourite "Death In The Afternoon" cocktail with absinthe, prosecco, grenadine & orange; "Truffle Old Fashioned", a decadent "Old Fashioned" twist for connoisseurs.
"Morning Smoke" migrates straight from Suspiria Bar, where it was a signature staple for over 1.5 years with it's sweet and refreshing smoky flavours.
And now, all the brand new concoctions:
- "The Green Beast": an absinthe twist on "Tom Collins", with sour & refreshing flavours.
- "Vermillion" tangy, fruity & herbal with xmas spices on the tongue bring the best of fruit, spices and absinthe all in one..
- "Braindead" sweet & sour creation based on anise-less absinthe, sour apples and quinquina..
- "Schism" fruity sweet with extra depth to it and some absinthe complexity.
- "Chrysanthemum" an absinthe classic made with dry vermouth & Benedictine to give it a fresh fruitiness, yet a depth and dimension to challenge to you throughout.
"A Miracle On Ice" one more lovely creamy vegan dessert for you mixing cream, raspberries & absinthe.
Try to come early in the month, as few of the cocktails are limited and won't last whole month. ;)

Ingredients: Berto Dry gin, homemade honey liqueur infused with thyme, DEJA Vu Oriental grapefruit aperitif, Zyankali absinthe, Fuckoff wild berry liqueur, edible glitter, garnished with a star anise & a fresh slice of grapefruit
