April Specials
After a huge success of the last two monthly specials with most of the items getting sold out before end of the month, we have been under pressure to keep up with our own high standards, so, the sacrilegiously scrumptious April menu was born!
This month we have only 5 cocktails coming back from the past special's menus: - "Crimes of Passion" - a passion fruit highball using Rudy's Hard kombucha with passion fruit flavour mixed with spiced rum & Ettaler Grun herbal liqueur to please those of you asking for "Pornstar Martini".
- "Full Moon" - an on and off mainstay based on bourbon with espelette chili liqueur and topped off with pear lemonade from Georgia. For those of you who love spicy sweet long drinks.
- "Apricurious" - a creation by our own Inti Otto. A scrumptious mix of peated whisky, apricot liqueur, vermouth bianco and sake.
- "Nikola Tesla" - based on teranino which included cannabis in production (and no you won't get high from it), mixed with another Croation staple - Pelinkovac with addition of gin and brandy making this an unmissable concoction.
- "Seahorse" - a brilliant mix of 48% mezcal Democrata with sea buckthorn and jalapeno liqueur with a bit of Luxardo maraschino liueur for added sweetness, makes a truly unforgettable mix of smoke, tart, fruity & sweet flavours.
From the newcomers, we have a highball cocktails: "Noir" - fresh from Suspiria Bar's special menu. It's a mix of Casis Noir liqueur mixed with Zubrowka and just a bit of homemade kizil liqueur mixed with tonic water.
- "Holy Grail" - a fan favourite to be. A sacrilegious mix Mastiha, Gin and Porto Branco.
- "Strega Verde" - a cocktail based on new product of Strega, which embodies all goodness of Strega with flavours similar to Charteuse. This is mixed with pisco & quinquina to create something magical.
- "High Resurrection" continues our High line of cocktails with it's dry and herbal direction skewed towards verbena in honour of upcoming Easter.
- "Chupacabra" - due to popular demand this drink is based on tequila reposado with a bit of quinquina and green teal liqueur to create a marriage of cultures in a glass.
- "Alqaji" - is based on a new barrel-aged chacha that is hitting Berlin market. Mixed into a riff on "Old Fashioned" with black walnut liqueur and some homemade red basil syrup, it creates a special Georgian flavour bouquet.
- "Indian Rum Negroni" - a riff on a classic using beautiful Indian spiced rum with mango and chili flavours supported by bitter bianco from Luxardo and homemade white vermouth. To make the perfect pairing we'll be serving cit with pickled mango.
- "A Rum A Day" - is a rum drink spiced by bergamot concentrate and falernum and dialed down by quinquina to make it easier on the palatte.
- "Sotol Flora" - a sotol desierto drink with rhubarb liqueur and porto branco creates a perfect mix of herbs and fruit in a drink
Anyhow, we think everyone will find something for themselves and also discover some new flavour, aromas a depths of perception. ;)
