June Specials
June represents the start of summer, the longest day and the summer solstice. It also means that people get into holiday mood and spend more time outdoors, starting to think about their summer vacations. This month's menu encapsulates all that and much more... It also is one of the lighter and fruity special menus ever:
We have several drinks that are coming back again: the crowd pleaser - "Caribbean Punch" - which was on June's list last summer; "Lavender Creeper", an herbal & complex "Espresso Martini twist first seen in March this year; "Pear Pressure", a beautifully refreshing cachaca and pear kombucha drink from April's menu; "Sacred Breed", a cask strength bourbon based drink with Greek mastiha from April; "Midsommar" will help you celebrate Midsommar Day as well as wow you with it's complex and delicious notes, staple at "Suspiria Bar" as well as of Redrum's summer menu from 2023; and a gorgeously complex an very limited barrel-aged negroni.
We also have several brand new cocktails.
4 summary highballs: "Cranberry Mule" - a twist of a Moscow Mule with cranberry juice; ""Kermit Lives" - an herbal and funky highball based on homemade tarragon infusion with cachaca and tonic water; "Feijoa Way" - based on mezcal and homemade feijoa syrup from Georgia topped of with soda water; "Boba The Hut" - an alcoholic answer to boba tea using a lot of Asian ingrediants.
We also have a new twist on "Across the Equator: using aquavit with tart sloe gin from Denmark and garnished with an olive.
Also, 2 new boozy drinks: "Cranberry Tart" - intertwining tartiness and fruitiness of cranberry juice with salted caramel rum liqueur and gin; "Highway To Hell" brings on twist on old fashioned using euphoric cardamom Kokmok from Sensatonics and ginger.
All in all, another packed lineup for you guys to indulge in.
