November Specials
Autumn has properly set in, while spooky season is put back to rest - RIP. This means our November menu takes a lot of inspiration from colours, smells and flavours of this season just before winter sets in for good.
As we had a lot of short events in Sep and Oct, some of the best drinks from those events are getting their full spotlight in November.
From "Negroni Week 2025" we see a "Mace Negroni" making its reappearance. The mace (an outer flower of nutmeg) infused gin mixed with Campary & Cynar topped off with a Cinzano red vermouth making an unforgettable blend.
"The Substance" comes directly after being the bestseller at Suspiria Bar and presents you with a uniquely sour cocktail made out of 3.5 month barrel aged lemon based aperitif with Zynkali absinthe and bunch of herbal ingrediants all served in a syringe!!!
6 drinks are returning in a slightly updated guises: 1. "Black Forest" has a different pine liqueur in it; 2. "Schwarzwald Fashioned", formerly known as Black Forest Fashioned combines 2 pine liqueurs with classic London Dry gin from Berlin; 3. "Mexican Standoff", one of the best cocktails Michael ever made gets even more delicious with stunning combination of Cardenxe Sotol Pradera, DVerbena liqueur, Catuma and Quinquina... unmissable! 4. "Apricurious", a creation of our talented bartender Inti Otto is coming back for a 2nd round; 5. "Dryad" gets full facelift with black sesame and raspberry gum syrups; 6. "Bee-Have" uses our new El Rey mezcal at higher ABV of 45.
5 new additions: "Poison Berry" a refreshing combination of a unique amaro with lingonberry vodka and plum/cardamom lemonade; "Crimes Of Passion" is an answer fpor constant requests of a drink with passion fruit - boozy and boojie; "High Brasil" is a take on High Basil, but with Cachaca as a base instead of gin; "Blueberry Muffin" a delicious creamy dessert made of different berries; "Devil's Sweetheart" is reminiscent of Jazz distilled into a cocktail.
All drinks here invented, designed and created by Michael Korkia with exception of "Apricurious" designed and created by Inti Otto.
