Bar Information & Other Things To Know
Bar Capacity
– Bare Area: 33 sitting places (can be expanded to 36 max)
– Outside Terrace (only until 22:00 o’clock): 30 sitting places (can be expanded to 40)
– Cinema Room: normal movie watching capacity up to 8 people comfortably. For special screenings, it can be expand to 12 people. Room can also be converted into bar space for private events with capacity up to 17 people seated comfortably or 20 a little more packed with bespoke sound system & projection capabilities.
Prices & Conditions
Terrace:
No per head price limit with max capacity of up to 40 (ONLY AVAILABLE IN GOOD WEATHER). Limited by time with 22:00 being a hard cutoff. No music allowed outside at any time, except for occasional basking stations positioned right outside the terrace limited to between 17:00 & 22:00.
Main bar space:
Max reservation of 12 people. No minimum spend on weekdays. On weekends (Fri-Sat) min spend of 25€ per person if reservation is before 20:30 & 30€ per person if reservation is between 20:30 & 01:00.
No per person fee for reservations of up to 5 people.
For groups of 7 or above additional 10% will be charged for service/cleaning fee.
Closing bar for private events:
In case of private events, you will also have a possibility to play your own music if you prefer it over our own playlists. You can also order food, beer, wine and special cocktails within reasonable expectations.
Tue-Thu: 1,500€ for 5 hours (19:00 -00:00). The fee includes 150€ cleaning fee, 150€ service fee & 1,200€ worth of drinks, which also could be used for food if communicated in advance. (For example: 900€ drink credit & 300€ worth of food of choice arranged & procured by us.)
Mon & Sun: 1,500€ for 5 hours (19:00 -00:00). The fee includes 150€ cleaning fee, 250€ service fee and 1,100€ worth of drinks, which also could be used for food if communicated in advance. (For example: 900€ drink credit & 200€ worth of food of choice arranged by us.)
Fri-Sat: 3,000€ for 8 hours (18:00 – 02:00). The fee includes 200€ cleaning fee, 300€ service fee & 2,500€ worth of drinks, which also could be used for food if communicated in advance. (For example: 2,000€ drink credit & 500€ worth of food of choice arranged by us.)
In all of the above cases if the credit is not used up, customers can choose to use the remaining credit for take-away drinks from the take-away menu at the end of the event, if they go over the designated amount that will be charged separately atop of the agreed sum. The unused budget is non-refundable.
Cinema Room:
Private event booking: 20€ per person minimum spend with minimum of 10 people. 30€ per person between 5-10 people.
For groups of 7 or above additional 10% will be charged for service/cleaning fee.
